Penang Day 4: Fort Cornwallis and Lighthouse

It was raining heavily in the morning and it distracted my plans somehow.  I had breakfast at a dim sum place off Chulia Street.  Good dim sum, reasonably priced.












Walked towards the sea front and took photos of the City Hall and other government buildings:

One of the key attractions in this area would be the Fort Cornwallis.

There weren't many visitors on that day and a few of us had the whole place to ourselves.

And the Lighthouse:

Worth a visit as we learnt about the history of Penang and there was good view of the sea.  Set aside 30 minutes for this site.
