This blog includes my 2 interests: attending arts performances and travels. It serves as a documentation of the Singapore arts and culture scene. For my travels, I hope my experience will make your next trip more fruitful and enjoyable.

Anna Grilled Duck, Vientiane
If you are in the area of Singapore or Australia Embassies, out of the central area, a good place to have lunch would be at Anna Grilled Duck.
It is not located along the main road. Unfortunately I did not have the exact address. But you can call the number listed on the signboard.
As the name suggests, the specialty is grilled duck. The duck is lean and well done. As in most Indochina countries, the poultry here tend to be lean and having less fat.
Besides grilled duck, the restaurant also serves other Laos dishes.
It is popular with Laos and expatriates alike. The seating area is airy and wide.
From the facilities on site, it seems that this place functions as a pub and kara-ok joint.
This may not be THE place for a meal, but if you are in this area, give it a try!
